Where do I begin? Or does it even matter as long as I actually begin?  I haven't written in a long time and for a few reasons. I'm going to discuss the top two reasons with you all.  The first reason is I started letting finances slip and how could I talk to you about something that I was not doing?
But then I remembered we are in this together when my Money Yogi's catch me slipping I need ya'll to call me out.  I will be watching you too!  I have neglected my coupon clipping and my beloved cash back apps.  Do you understand what that means?  I, yes me, the Money Yoga Master was paying full price for stuff and I felt sick every single time!  I wasn't paying attention to my budget andddd I had to pay a late fee! I despise late fees but ya'll already knew that.  Not using my credit card responsibly.  Oh and the infamous feeling of seeing an unknown number come across the phone and saying to myself I am scared to answer this it might be a bill collector.  I could feel myself falling deeper and deeper in this whole and trying to figure out when I would start clawing my way out!  Well today is the day!  Started with my budget spreadsheet putting all of my expenses to get a true picture of my financial responsibilities.  Next get my coupons in order and start couponing again and making sure I am not spending too much money on certain items.  I am going to stretch this cash honey because being financially stressed is for the birds!

The second reason I haven't been writing and fell of track is all of my focus has been on my health. I needed to lose some weight ya'll!   It is so hard to find balance! I found the more I was concentrating on getting physically fit the more I was neglecting staying financially fit  and neglecting my Money Yogi's.  I think in general we take for granted how closely health and wealth are related.  I didn't have energy to do so many of the things I needed to do.  So I started cutting carbs and working out and as the weight started coming off things started turning around.  I get home from work and still have some get up and go. My attitude is better and I am just plain happier. With that being said it makes it so much easier to get other things in order when your health is is order.  So if you have some work to do in the area of health and weight loss, I beg you get started now! I promise it will make a world of difference!

I still have a ways to go to get to my goal but check your girl out I am coming down nicely!
